STEPS TO DISCERN A VOCATION:

0.(Faith) If you do not believe in the power of the Holy Father’s blessing on a way of life with the hope that it will one day receive further Church recognition…than the Society is not for you.  The letters of the Church does not define the Spirit of God, nor can the Church prevent the Holy Spirit from working! Jesus said, “God can make out of these stones, sons of Abraham.” (Matt.3:9)  With these words of Jesus being said, we must add that we are making every effort to be found worthy of Church recognition, but we have to start from ground “0″ (zero)! So, do not be afraid!  God can do a lot with nothing!

1.  (Humility) If you are not very humble, at least pray to be more humble.  If you think you are humble… you probably are not.  Sorry!  Anything that begins in the Catholic Church has to start in humility.  This means, that a person must be open and receptive to God’s will in their life with a concrete faith and hope that is animated by a sacrificial charity.  What is important is God’s will and where you believe He is leading you and also that you will have joy in serving Him.  If He so calls you to be a priest or brother, than He will, in spite of every obstacle.  Why wouldn’t Jesus and Mary continue to bless and increase an apostolate that Pope Benedict XVI blessed and is exclusively dedicated to promoting the Rosary, Holy Hours (Perpetual Adoration), and the Mass which are so pleasing to God and Mary?  ”…Not to mention persecutions besides, and in the age to come life everlasting.” (Mark10:39)

2. (Seek) After initial contact, we ask you to write a letter of intent before visiting.  Then, we will schedule a visit to either location for a brief study of our history and spirituality.

3. (Prayer) Afterwards, for further discernment we will ask permission of our board and the spiritual director (a pastor and parish priest in Louisiana who is spiritually directing the movement’s founder) who will review your information and letter of intent.
